Decorate With Me - ECLP Week 18 (Apr 27 - May 3) | Three Day Weekend

Here is my layout for next week and I am so looking forward to a three day weekend with hubby! And as per usual I'm keeping it fairly simple cause for sure these pages will get busy as the days pass :) I used a few sweets stickers for the beginning of the week and some travel stickers on the days we'll be out. Page flags on the days I work and for a few reminders during our trip.

Let's Begin...

Happy watching and I hope this comes in useful:

Louis Vuitton PM Agenda - Damier Ebene

Since I've started and joined the community and world of planning, my choices of planners have definitely evolved. I started with the Sugar Paper L.A. monthly calendar, then moved into the Mead planner, next the kikki.K leather personal planner, I then purchased my very first Louis Vuitton item ever and it was the Louis Vuitton PM Monogram Agenda, then I purchased the Erin Condren Life Planner and  here we are with another  Louis Vuitton PM Agenda - this one the Damier Ebene. And I am just smitten by this beauty! I love the checkered (damier)  design/print on the leather and the color is such a warm and rich tone. I moved out of my first PM and into this one as soon as I got her. And yes, I too, have adapted the culture of naming my planners.

So meet Lulu ...

I purchased her off of eBay and was pre-loved, costing more than half the price of a brand new agenda, on the website LV PM Agendas costs $365. I know there comes some head scratching when it comes to purchased goods on eBay for some items but as soon as I got her right away I had this item authenticated by Melissa with "memestreasures" for a small price that was definitely worth it, she only needed a few photos of certain angles of the agenda, the date code and the invoice of the purchase from eBay. And I am happy to say and have no regrets with this purchase as it turns out to be genuine LV.

Though there are minimal visible scratches along the  spine of the rings seen above, overall this agenda was well kept and worth my business.

The interior is very clean and absolutely beautiful! This agenda was made in Spain and has 3 card slots,  2 slip pockets on both sides,  is a 6 ring binder, it has a pen loop and a press stud closure.

This is a planner that will most likely become a back up wallet when I have no need for a shoulder bag and could easily fit into a dainty strap purse. The PM Agenda is the smallest of the agendas and is equivalent to any pocket size planner (example: Saffiano Organizer Pocket Aquamarine from filoFax) with the dimensions of 3.94 x 5.51 inches (length x height).

The inserts I used are the pocket size 2 Days on 2 Pages from filoFax which fit perfectly in my Lulu, I just moved everything from my first purchased PM into this one. And as you can see I've added a little personalization by using a photo, some journal cards and some washi tape to create a dashboard. I only keep 3 months at a time in this planner since it can only hold so much but I do have a passport size journal insert in the back for jotting notes.

Tell me have you considered using a planner to keep organized? What planners do you have or plan on purchasing?

Decorate With Me - ECLP Week 17 (April 20-26, 2015) | National Medical Laboratory Professionals Week + Bella's Birthday

I got a head start on next week's page decor. I made page flags using the banner cutter I bought at Hobby Lobby and pre printed some To-Do lists, Chores and Work; I measured and cut these to fit the boxes of the morning, day & night then used my Xyron to turn them into stickers. I placed them in the striped black and white mini gift bag. For the weekend I used these cute stickers I bought on Etsy the shop name is "sweetkawaiidesigns". The polaroid photo below of my dog Bella was printed from my Fujifilm Instax Share Printer.

Decorate With Me - ECLP Week 16 (April 13-19) | Anniversary Week

Hello there friends! Long time no post :) I've been away from my blog for a bit due to illness the last two weeks of March. Just needed some time to recuperate and recharge. Now I'm back with a weekly page decor I'd like to share with you. This is the week of April 13th through the 19th in which me and hubby are celebrating our wedding anniversary so I've embellished these pages with our special day in mind.

Here are some photos I took of the aftermath ---
